Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

We occasionally offer free international shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Incoterms: DDU)

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless otherwise stated. This means:

  • You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the shipment is returned to us, we may refund the order (less shipping costs) or reship at your expense.

If you prefer to prepay duties/taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) to avoid surprises at delivery, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can arrange it for your country.


Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.


Delays & Customs Holds

Customs inspections or international shipping disruptions can cause delays beyond our control. While we will assist where possible, Rawtonkart is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Strikes, natural disasters, or carrier issues

  • Global events affecting international logistics


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Contact us at office@rawtonkart.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

  2. Include photos of any damage (if applicable) and your order number.
    We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue (replacement or refund where possible).


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
